calendar June 24, 2026
  • Revenue grew 2.3%, up to €10.165 billion during the first nine months.
  • Adjusted EBIT increased by 3.0%, up to €296 million, in the first nine months of the financial year.

Logista, one of the leading logistics operators in Europe, has today presented its results for the first nine months of financial year 2026, spanning from 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2026. Throughout this period, the company obtained revenues of €10.165 billion, representing a 2.3% increase compared with the same period of the previous financial year.

Excluding the effect of stock appreciation, which contributed €38 million compared with €45 million in the prior year, operating performance remained solid, supported by the positive performance of the key business units in the regions of Iberia and Italy. Including this effect, adjusted EBIT reached €296 million, which represents a 3.0% increase year-on-year. Moreover, economic sales reached €1.376 billion or 1.1% more than in the same period of 2025.

EBIT stood at €244 million, practically the same as the €245 million registered during the same period of 2025. Finally, net profit reached €210 million, or 1.8% less than in the previous year, mainly due to a lower contribution from stock appreciation and capital gains on asset sales.

Results by region

Iberia (Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Belgium)

In Iberia, revenue reached €3.930 billion, a 3.9% increase YoY, while economic sales stood at €884 million, after a slight reduction of 0.3%, caused mainly by a lower contribution from stock appreciation during this period.

Italy

Italy recorded revenues of €3.673 billion, following a 5.6% year-on-year growth, while economic sales reached €343 million, up 6.5%, driven by an improvement in tariffs and an increase in sales of next-generation products, as well as the positive effect of changes in inventory valuation.

France

In France, revenue stood at €2.610 billion, representing a 4.2% decrease over the same period of the previous financial year, while economic sales reached €154 million, or 2.0% less, due to a reduction in tobacco volumes in the country.

Dividends

On 23 July 2026, the Board of Directors approved a gross interim dividend of €0.58 per share for fiscal year 2026, payable on 27 August 2026. The dividend represents a 3.6% increase year-on-year.

Furthermore, Logista maintains its commitment to distributing a total dividend per share in 2026 that is at least equal to those paid in 2024 and 2025 (€2.09 gross per share).

In order to maintain its commitment to attractive and sustainable shareholder remuneration, Logista continues to examine opportunities to acquire complementary and synergistic businesses that contribute to driving growth and diversification of its business base.

Iñigo Meirás, CEO of Logista, commented: These results reflect the strength of our business model and the effectiveness of our efficiency initiatives, which have driven higher profitability and created sustainable value for our shareholders.”
